Why We Make This Content
Working in a call center is no joke—literally. The metrics, the adherence alerts, the "quick sync" meetings that are never quick, the VL requests denied at the last minute.
CorpHumorCC exists because laughter is the best coping mechanism when you're 30 minutes into your lunch break and your TL is already asking when you're coming back.
We celebrate the unsung heroes of the BPO world: the RTA who's watching 50 screens at once, the scheduler who somehow makes the math work, and the agent who maintains a smile through their 50th call of the day.
